*East Tennessee Market Snapshot (09/17/2025)- Here's what I'm seeing lately in our area.
- Home sales are somewhat down compared to last year, reflecting the change in market dynamics.
- In many parts of East Tennessee, median prices are now in the ballpark of $350,000-$410,000 depending on county. 
- Homes are spending more time on the market. Buyers have a bit more negotiating room than previous years.
